Candidate Referral Agreement
- This is to register employers (client) with Kama`aina Careers
for a staff search.
- The Client will provide all relevant information relating
to the criteria sought for the position The position will be
submitted directly to Kama`aina Careers or will be posted on
the client's web site.
- Kama `aina Careers will search through it's database for job
seekers that match the client's criteria. “Anonymous”
resumes with identifying and contact information removed will
be provided to the Client. A “complete” resume can
be requested from Kama `aina Careers. Requesting a “complete”
resume indicates that it was received exclusively from Kama
`aina Careers.
- Kama `aina Careers service fee is 10% of the annual salary
of the submitted employee. Kama`aina Careers will invoice the
Client for the applicable fee after the Job Seeker has started
their employment with the Client. The fee is payable within
30 days of the start date of the Job Seeker.
- If the job seeker is terminated prior to 90 days of the start
date, for any reason other than a Company business decision
affecting more than one person( ie. Company downsizing) or the
job seeker voluntarily leaves the company within 90 days of
the start date, the company will have the choice of either receiving
a full refund of all fees paid to Kamaaina Careers for that
job seeker or giving Kamaaina Careers an exclusive 30 day opportunity
to replace the job seeker with no additional fees. No refund
will be made if the position scope or responsibilities changed
during this 90 day period of employment.
- Confidentiality: both parties agree to deal with all correspondence,
exchange of information and of documents in the strictest of
confidentiality. You agree not to disclose any information on
our candidates to another party.
- All resumes are submitted to Kama `aina Careers by the job
applicants. Kama`aina Careers does not guarantee the accuracy
of the information submitted by the applicant. Employers are
encouraged to confirm the accuracy of resume statements.
