How we fill your positions

Kama`aina Careers maintains an exclusive database of current students, recent graduates, and former residents of Hawaii. Current resumes are kept on file. Personal profiles based on skills, academic majors and desired positions are used to match applicants with employers.

Once you are a registered employer, you can send us position descriptions by email (kamaina.career@mindspring.com ) or fax (800-454-8797). As soon as we have your position description, we will use our Resumatch System to find qualified job seekers in our database. Resumes of appropriate job seekers will be sent to you via fax or email. Details of listed positions are shared with qualified applicants.
